All began when family vartzelis decided to spend its summer vacations where “nona” (the grandmother) used to spend her own summer vacations  back in 1930s in the villa in Roggia (specific place of the village Kypseli, which is also known as Beloussi by the locals) direct by the sea.

In 1992 the first 2 complexes of semi attached apartments were built and as families from different countries enjoyed their staying in Diomare,  other 3 complexes were added. These families  find their summer home away from home and interact  with various cultures.
